Stayed in the Garden room, it was clean and big. I personally didn't have any problems, but a word of advice is if you are arriving after 7 to call and figure out what to do to be able to check. During breakfast I overheard 2 separate guests complaining to staff they arrived later and no one was there to check them in and no one answered the phone either. Management offered nothing to these guests.

Hidden gem!! Will stay here again. The property is gorgeous. The front desk was very amendable. My phone changed the date for the reservation and I didn’t realize it. It was their website I had booked on so they accommodated. Pretty sure if you book thru a different party it’s harder for them to accommodate. They are very dog friendly but please keep your critters on a leash. With all the grassy area it’s easy to want to let your pooch chase balls.

All hotels in this town are old, so let's just start with the basis that no place is going to be that perfect, beautiful, modern loneliness that so many people crave these days. That being said, I think this place is 5 out of five, one of the best, if not the best place to be staying in Gold Beach. As far as price weighing with location access to the beach view of the ocean along with amenities, this place really does have it all with the staff that's super kind, very friendly and easy to talk to. Happy to come back anytime and every time. Also side note, I did spend like a month or two here on and off. Totally worth the time to go out of my way to stay as well as pricing was better than anybody else in town

For a 1 star hotel, I didn't expect much but it was recently remodeled very clean, shower had amazing pressure and a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Bob was courteous and very friendly. Good wifi.

I previously left a poor survey review after making a reservation and having difficulty reaching out to the hotel to cancel when we were unable to make the trip. I was charged the nightly rate for our stay after the reservation was unsuccessful in being canceled after several attempts. I was however able to speak with a young man this morning and he was very very kind and apologetic for the cancelation not being handled in time and he reversed the charges and made the experience go from very poor to a positive experience that will ensure I book with them again for our future trip.

Love this place, very reasonable price, view of the ocean, awesome people, and clean rooms. What more could you ask for. Will definitely return.

The best place to stay on Highway 1. Easy beach access.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the view from our room. They have updated a lot of things - still some things to fix but wow- the view more than compensates. Great beach access.
