We stayed in the lighthouse condo. It can fit two families and was huge. Parts were updated while some were rundown a little, but felt mostly clean. Could use more towels and paper towels, better coffee maker. Staff was very nice and friendly and the location is amazing. Will be back for sure with friends!

I have really mixed feelings about this place. I really like it. As far as a destination. The staff is very courteous and the rooms were well appointed. The breakfast served starting at 7:00 a.m. was pretty decent. Not a huge amount of variety but there was plenty and the seating areas were nice and comfortable. Our room had a great view of the ocean and we could hear it through every open window. We did have a couple of issues with the experience, however, we did not let it detract from our overall enjoyment. One issue was that the toilet seemed to have some odd issues where it wouldn't fill up again. After draining we had to turn the water off and then on. It wasn't a huge issue and we called the front desk and they said that they would get right on it - which they did and no further issues. The beds are fairly firm so keep that in mind. Also, and this isn't a huge issue, the television does not articulate enough to be seen from the bed. It seems like a minor issue and it is, but if I'm calling out things that I wish were different, this is one of them. The other thing that would have been nice is if there had been wood provided for the fireplace. We had a fireplace in our suite, however there was probably enough firewood for 10 minutes of fire so not really anything. If they filled up the little firebox and had that available. It seems like it would be a minor cost but would also be a large benefit for the customers. The couch was very comfortable and it was nice that there was a fridge in our room along with a coffee maker.

This is more than expected, great staff, Cassandra checked us in and was very nice and professional,gave us a lot of info about the area. There's a small but pretty good breakfast included and fresh fruit, we had a room on ground floor and the ocean view was great! There is a pool and hot tub but both were closed for maintenance. The property is close to stores and restaurants and right on the beach. ( short walk ) room was clean and everything worked, will go back again.

After a long day of sightseeing and hiking Cassandra's smile at the front desk was just what I needed to brighten up my evening! 😊 She was warm, friendly and immediately made me welcomed! 🤗 I had a room with an ocean view and a fireplace which made made my stay very cozy. A few minor repairs were evidently required in my room, but nothing major. It was very clean which is what I look for. 😉 It definitely has a rustic feel, but I love rustic hotels. 🪵 Thank you for everything Cassandra! 🙏 You made my stay worthwhile! 💕

We got a room Sunday Sept 21st around 8pm. Called ahead and was quoted $150 over the phone but went their website said $85 so we tried that route and it worked! For $85, I thought it was great. It wasn’t ocean view but we still had big windows and you could tell the room had been renovated and had some amenities (fridge, microwave, little coffee thing). Everything was clean with. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the room was.

Recently remodeled rooms but it looks like the pool and hot tubs are being remodeled and have been closed.

Nice place on the ocean. You can take the pathway to the beach. They are doing renovations and from what I seen will be very nice once finished.

For a couple years now we've been going to Gold Beach and renting the same house each time for our anniversary. We invite our family to come with us as well my son and his kids, and we have a great time their staff are excellent at their jobs. See you next year
